Great suggestion

Thank you so much Mike. But I don't know what is happening to me, I asked server admin to create the group named Admin, and put myself into the group. I added this Admin group into ACL of the database as manager with all the roles, but I still cannot see the document. I ended up having the server admin delete the document for me.

I believe your approach should work and somehow there is something I'm missing in the process.

Thanks again for the great suggestion!
